Our Vision

Martial Arts
Done Differently

Foundation is a martial arts organisation with a difference. We want to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we work with across Liverpool and the North West.

We’re using Martial Arts to help build stronger communities, more resilient families and healthier, more confident individuals.

Online Learning

The Digital Dojo

We have brought all of our dojo based classes into the Digital Dojo. We're helping our members access weekly classes to keep training, learning and growing. Right now, our physical and mental wellbeing are more important than ever, the digital dojo brings all the benefits of training in a dojo environment into your living room!

5 star review  Both our boys love this class , always good fun, always interesting and never stale . The kids gain fitness , friendship , discipline and a real sense of what martial arts are about . Simon is very accepting of all sorts of personalities ! Feels very personal and friendly and they are even learning a bit of Japanese too . I would and have always recommend this class and lots of my friends take their little ones too now , don't delay as the classes are busy
