Fighting Fit is all about making fitness training accessible and fun, with no expectation.

Build around our martial training, this class is designed to help you improve your physical confidence, find your community, and if you already train with us -support your martial journey. Whether you're a beginner or a long-term student, Fighting Fit is for everyone.

Membership for Fighting Fit costs £18.00 per month and gives you access to a weekly class at our Foundation Dojo based in Speke as well as any outdoor Summmer bootcamps and Sunday Run Club sessions.

What to expect

Every Fighting Fit session is different, wek keep things exciting with a mix of training. From dynamic movement and pad work to weight training and challenges, you’ll experience something fresh each week, with an added touch of Japanese culture and martial training.

Our classes are designed to be scalable, so no matter your fitness level, we ensure each workout is accessible and challenging. Expect high-energy fun, a supportive community, and the motivation to push yourself every time.

What to wear

We train barefoot on mats, so comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. To really get into the spirit, grab a t-shirt or hoodie from our shop! Make sure to bring a water bottle, towel, and if you have them, MMA gloves are helpful but not required.

The energy of Fighting Fit is driven by music. We turn it up loud and create an atmosphere that’s as much about celebration as it is about fitness. .We love to include contributions from our members—so feel free to share your favorite tracks in our Spotify playlist

Sunday Run Club

As we gear up for our yearly challenges, Run Club becomes an essential part of the week. Every Sunday, we head outside and get jogging. These sessions are fully scalable, so whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-timer, we’ve got you covered. No experience is necessary—just bring yourself and a positive attitude!

Wolf Run

Twice a year, we form a pack and head to the Wolf Run, an exciting 5k or 10k obstacle course that’s as much about teamwork as it is about fitness. It’s an unforgettable challenge that helps us stay focused on our fitness goals.

Through our Thursday sessions, extra boot camp classes, and Sunday Run Club, we’ll get you ready for the run—just show up, and we’ll do the rest!
