We’ve spent the past year at Foundation developing our core curriculum. It’s a difficult process, we’ve scrapped and restarted more times than we can count, trying to make it work and find a methodology that made sense.

All of our values are vital to us and help to play a huge part in what we do and how we do it. One that is especially important to us (considering the nature of what we do) is kenko, which means health.

Switching from weekly payment to monthly membership was a big change, we’ve been taking weekly payments since we started on this journey way back in June of 2013 but it was necessary to help move the club forward.
